Scarborough Charity has a day full of Treats

Scarborough Disability Action Group is holding a Treats taster day for people to come along and see what activities are available as part of Scarborough DAG Treats project.

Treats is for local people and its aim is to offer activities which will help people meet new friends and try out new activities. We offer activities including Zumba, Chair a cise t, singing and indoor bowling. Instructors design sessions to meet the needs of all ability ranges.

The Treats taster day will be held at The Street on Tuesday 12th may from 12pm until 3pm.

Ian Whitfield DAG chair said: “We can’t wait to show what activities we offer, available to everyone, “Being able to create an event showcasing what DAG Treats offers is wonderful.”

Sessions on the day include Taster sessions of  Chair a cise, Singing, Zumba and Kurling and Table Tennis will be available all day. Tea and biscuits will be available as well and the opportunity to chat to session leaders.
